Miss Laster

Hello! My name is Crystal Laster, and I am excited to be your child’s 5th grade teacher for the 2022-2023 school year here at Temecula Preparatory School!

I was raised in and went to school in Temecula, Ca (Go Bears!). I attended Biola University in La Mirada, Ca to pursue my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in elementary education and minors in English and Theological and Biblical Studies. I have completed my Master of Arts in Teaching through Biola as well.

I have taught both 3rd grade and 5th grade in my elementary teaching career with 6 years in 5th grade alone. I absolutely love sports! I have coached volleyball and basketball in the past at TPS. I love the Lakers, Angels, and Panthers. I also have a passion for reading and love the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings series.

I feel very fortunate to have been able to teach 5th grade alongside Mrs. Jimenez and Mrs. Kirkendall for the past five years. We work well together, keep our lessons consistent, and look out for each other's students. Your children are in good hands.!

I am passionate about the mission of TPS and creating life-long learners. I am looking forward to this year, and I am excited to be teaching here at TPS. This is going to be a great year!
